None of them are variants. Every figure (Including mystery) is identical to the ones released in the Kre-o kits

I think the purpose of this set was to keep the main star characters they introduced in the first year on the shelves in the latest waves.

I don't believe that they are identical. The chrome on the feet has been removed.

Super minor difference
