Becoming an Autobot, Decepticon is usually a choice. Unless, Megatron came knocking down doors all ' Join me or die'. Some joined the cons blinded with rage or fear, some were grieving, some wanted revenge, some were easy to manipulate and some of course did it so they could be a violent dick to everyone.

Buy a pack of white shirts, buy a pack of iron on papers, google for the images you want...
Make your own shirts

Some are. Silver snail in Toronto is, and has a big Canada Day sale.
