Got my retro order Starscream after 10 failed attempts in the app. It just wouldn't accept 2 of my cards, the 3rd on worked. WIERD.

Found Velocitron Scourge on shelf today at Wasaga Beach Walmart. My preorder is still delayed. Should I call their customer service? I find this a little silly now.

I wouldn't call customer service. Sometimes their "resolution" is to cancel your order, whether you want them to or not.

Buy the one on the shelf and only then call Walmart customer service and get your online order cancelled.

Walmart online customer service will do nothing except cancel your order so be sure it?s in your hand before you call them. That?s what I did.

Yes cancel it. I did that with both Scourge and Cosmos after I found them in store.

I only get preorders in case I don't mind them in stores first. If you find it in stores, just buy it there and cancel your online order.

Wal-Mart doesn't always let you cancel online orders, sometimes they'll just tell you to return in store.

You can cancel online if you are in a certain window. I did it with Scourge and Roadhandler successfully within a week after I ordered because they were not in the processing stage (still "preorder") after buying them in store.

But everyone like MapleMegatron are likely referring to calling to cancel your online order. They are very quick to cancel orders if you call customer support, even if you do not want to cancel it!
