It's the same figure, the box is the same 30th anniversary style as before. He's as FoC as Generations Brainstorm is.
It's just NOS, my local Tru has just put up a whole shelf of Doubledealer's and Sky-Byte's as well. If that sale's still going on I may get a DD and order another set of Nonnef shoulder fix parts.
I don't know why so many retailer's stuck Fall of Cybertron into their toy descriptions for non FoC figures when Fall of Cybertron was the year before. Robot Kingdom has two of the three Metroplex variants listed as Fall of Cybertron as well, even though neither has Fall of Cybertron anywhere on their boxes as far as I recall.
