Re: Transformers One Discussion

Not for me I'm afraid. Those face designs are a nightmare fuel. I'm sure that kids will like it. It would be nice to have something closer to spider verse that can reach a broader and more sophisticated audience well so still being fun for kids

Re: Transformers One Discussion

I think it looks like it'll be a fun movie. Nothing wrong with that. I'll wait to actually see it before I make any real opinions about it though.

Re: Transformers One Discussion

I think it might do well for kids who have no attachment to any previous iteration of the franchise.

As a G1er I can appreciate the origins of the characters, even if they are the origins I remember/want. However I'm not sure how well this movie will do, but I guess we'll know soon enough.

Oh and those toy reveals are not doing anything for me so far. Prime looks terrible and Megatron is a tank as usual. However neither design is appealing to me. Alpha Trion looks good but I need to see better pcis.

Trailer looks great, whole family enjoyed it and laughed. I'm good with something new and fresh...hoping for it's success.

Re: Transformers One Discussion

It doesn't look like something i'd go to the theatre to watch but then again i'm not the target audience here. I hope a ton of people see it though and it does well and sells lots of toys.

I laughed. Looks pretty entertaining! I'm curious to see how Megatron turns evil.
