Fed-Ex send me a bill once to pay their brokerage fees, I sent the letter back stating the seller had sent me the WRONG ITEM and I mailed it back....never heard from them....
I NEVER use UPS or any other courier....now we all know why.

Oh, and with my problem, Fedex has yet to reply. 2-5 business days for a reply? it's been like 10...

*e-mails again*

If I had the time to phone and yell, I would.
And claiming the charge as fraudulent would only lead to a war between me and fedex..
