Re: Favorite Animated Mold?

This is a tough one... I guess it's a draw between Lockdown and Oilslick for me.

Re: Favorite Animated Mold?

Activators: Cliffjumper (what? I like the head-sculpt more than the Bee version)

Legends: never had much experience with the legends, so I'll go with Bumblebee.

Deluxe: Electrostatic Soundwave/Soundwave (Arcee and Rodimus are very close as well, but I just like this version of Soundwave, especially the paint apps for the Electrostatic version)

Voyager: Wreck-Gar (something about a garbage truck played by Weird Al, and then that character getting a toy intrigues me

Leader: Bulkhead (his voyager was okay, but this guy is heads and shoulders above it )

Duly noted, thank you! I'm actually in the process of negotiating with a guy for a large section of his Animated collection that he's looking to unload, which includes both Screamer and Sunny, but I'll keep that in mind. ^_^

Re: Favorite Animated Mold?

Hmm... Animated is my fave line so...

Deluxe: Rodimus hands down, but Ironhide and Blurr are runner ups.

Voyager: Voyager Prime of course!

Leader: I don't have Megs so Ultra Magnus.

Re: Favorite Animated Mold?

It's very hard to choose favorites from this line. There is not one toy that I don't like. If I had to pick the one I liked the least it would be the Supreme Prime. Here are my picks.

Legends - Prime 1st Starscream 2nd

Activator - Bumblebee/Cliffjumper 1st Starscream/Dirge/Skywarp 2nd

Deluxe - Blurr 1st Lockdown 2nd Love the arm sheild/arm blaster

Voyager - Wreckgar 1st Grimlock/purple Shockwave 2nd

Leader - Megatron/Ultra Magnus tie for 1st Shadowblade Megatron 2nd

If it was completely bias then I would not see almost everyone else LOVING this mold. Trust me, when a Hot Rod/Rodimus toy is less then stellar, I accept it (G1 Rodimus for example)

It is crazy that such a great figure almost never saw the light of day.
