Oh man...price matching for the win !!! I wouldn't have even bothering going to any Walmarts today just straight my very well stocked Premium Leaders and Voyagers Zellers and went nuts. Gotta save the $ where I can LOL !!!

Walmart never advertises anything of value anymore

I was just there, they don't have the OP voice changers, but they have the movie voyager for $15 (or something like that). If you want the OP voice changer for $5, go the new walmart supercenter on steeles and markham, they have like 20 of that left on Tuesday night after I picked one up.

Markville Walmart still has tons of Incinerators and a few Blackouts for $15.
