Yay! Finally the BiS pack hit my "buy" price at $19.99 and I was also able to finally pickup a scout and a couple legends that I liked, but not $7-$12 liked.

I would also try scanning the RTS Voyagers. Billings Bridge had them for $19.99 - I picked up a Grappel.
