That's always been my beef with Zellers -- old old stock that they never mark down. It just sits there taking up shelf space that could go to newer figures.

They had old Beast Wars TM2 Optimal Ops here for AGES. Never marked him down (otherwise, I would have picked one up...)

I've been to a Target store in Niagara Falls before. It's just like Zellers.

But this is Canada. We prefer Zellers over Target! Heck, we've already got Best Buy. Do we really need more American stores coming across the border?

P.S. I still like Best Buy.

but I find a lot of the Target-To-Zellers exclusive sets insanely overpriced in Canada. Voyager Shockwave/Sunstorm with an activator for... $50 (that's $40 worth of toys). Or the deluxe Ratchet/Lockdown with two legends for $34.99! Wheras at Target, in the US, you got them for a deal. The Skywarp/Ultra Magnus classics thing was $20 US regular price. That's $30 of toys for ten bucks less. Hopefully if it's Target proper, even accounting for charging more in Canada, the exclusives will be better priced and more in line with their US versions.

So basically Target is taking over 200+ Zellers stores by 2013, which hopefully will lead to Target Exclusive bots being available to Canadians at similar times (though maybe not prices) as our American cousins.

I dont know why people are happy about this...next thing you know we are going to be only supporting american ecomony. Canada WILL die, if this keeps happening....
