Its a custom that Sabrina made from the regular WFC Prime figure.

yea im new i saw ur toy and im like wow i NEED to be apart of this forum. i love making customs. hey so, i have 2 questions. how did u made the chest lights and how did u make the red outlining glow? i wanna work on something like this myself and would like to know how u did it cuz man, BEAUTIFUL work. also, wat paint did u use?

you would have to ask her about the paint - it might say on her website but I'm not sure.
The lights are probably tiny leds. i'm not positive, but she might have more if you can find the same thread on tfw2005.com. Look under the "radicons" section.
