"Hazel McCallion ABCD: Opening ceremony"
For a minute there I thought the Mayor of Mississauga was doing the opening ceremony... which would be awesome!

Re: Event Schedule for TFcon 2012 Now Available
Why does the customizing class take up the whole second day of Dealer room time? :-(
Don't customizers want to check out the dealer room on day 2? I do...

After last years epiclly long custom class, we felt it best to give the class a full day booking & it's own room. If we don't end up using the whole time, then nothing is lost & your free to enjoy the rest of your day.

I don't mind the length of the classn more the fact that it's start time overlaps with the dealer room start time. I expected we would have at least an hour to run around in there before we had to be in the customs class.
Personally I would have liked to see it start at 11:00 and go until 6:00 instead of 9:00 to 4:00. Not sure how others may feel, but I picked up some great deals on Day 2 in the dealer room last year.

Looks like I'll only be there for half of Saturday. GF wants to do something for her parents' 25th. Maybe I can come Friday night too.

Re: Event Schedule for TFcon 2012 Now Available
I'm glad that I'll have the opportunity to get Ross' signature on Sunday since I'll likely miss him on Sat due to a prior commitment.
@ NP - Do you think this year's custom will take as long as last year?

Well I'm conflicted, On one hand i support more dealer room time, On the other my last train home leaves Union Station at 6:30 and I don't want to get stranded

So if the Transformers Costume Contest is at 4, at what point do we need to sign up for it and get ready?
