Prowl-Ironhide arrived today in an amazon box that made sense given the size of their box.

Received my Earthrise Ironhide and Prowl today. Good thing I don't focus on collecting boxes. Mine arrived in a bubble mailer, but once I opened the envelope there were shipping labels stuck on the box too. I am not sure if this box travelled from one facilty to the next and somebody decided to add a mailer or if some put the shipping label on the box and than had second thoughts and added a mailer. I think it is the first time I have opened a package and found the contents to have a shipping label on it though.

For Galactic Barricade/Counterpunch set, there is a proper listing now on Amazon.ca..but OOS. Amazon.com has it with adjusted shipping for Canada now that matches their usual shipping rates. Decent price break in shipping/fees getting 2, goes up alot with 3.

So I was able to open the over boxed and well wrapped in a gift bag set today. No labels were on it but it was put in the bag upside down, and when I checked it my Prowl/Ironhide set has a big cut mark on the top of the box...looks like when they opened the manufacturers box to get it out, they cut into the packaging of my item as well. Putting it upside down hid that, but I paid extra to have it for a gift and they still cut deep into the packaging.

Did others also get theirs with a deep cut on the top of their packaging boxes?

Do items paid for as gifts have a quality standard they were suppose to adhere to?

You can always contact customer support about that. It's obviously their fault.

Amazon doesn't care.

They've damaged stuff I've ordered before due to shipping negligence and the most I got was partial credit back (OOP video game collector's edition sent in a bubble mailer... yeah).

It's their fault but they're so big things like this doesn't even phase them.

I dont use Amazon much, bc they suck...but in your experiences they will not replace it, even though it was paid extra as gift?

What kind of credit do they offer for gift paid situations like these? What is best to ask for/amount they offer in credit for these types of issues?

Are your Prowl/Ironhide sets also cut on the tops?

Prowl/Ironhide showed up with out a box. Left outside my door in the snow. I am so lucky I do not have Porch Pirates here.
