We need to express what we want: TFCon 2011
Hey folks...
While TFCon 2010 is upon us this weekend, I think we should start thinking, as well, for TFCon 2011 and we should start letting the organizers know what we want for next year.
Feel free to post and reply with your comments, but I am serious when I say we need to let organizers know what we want; what would make us come back next year; what would make TFCon an amazing and absolutely never forgettable experience for us. This is the 2nd-largest TF convention in North America and it needs to be almost as big as Botcon. It may not be possible for all or any of our ideas to be used, but it's something that, if we leave unexpressed, will never happen.
I will start... I want Frank Welker and a live Stan Bush performance!!!
Please add to the list. Thanks everyone.

Re: We need to express what we want: TFCon 2011
wow.......you're insane. Only on the Welker and the Bush performance. And claiming that we need to be as big as BotCon (no one can compete with that, especially if Florida's involved !)
For the future, what can we do? Maybe, we could add a bit more quality to the script-reading, like creating a humourous, yet compelling story with a moral or a fact of life in it (if we could do Dilbert cartoon - style, I'd laugh my head off).
I'm not so big on voice actors, but I'm pegging on Scott McNeil. But of course, we go with majority rule.

Re: We need to express what we want: TFCon 2011
I think it would be best to see what TFCon 2010 holds before saying what we would like to see for 2011.
As for being "needing to be almost as big as Botcon". I've never been to a Botcon, but from what I've heard from others TFCon & Botcon are two totally different Cons. I for one love the way TFCon is & really have no interest in seeing become like Botcon.

Go to the organizers panel on Sunday and you can talk face to face with the organizers then and express your ideas.

Re: Stan Bush.
I would totally be willing to form a cover band with other TF fans so we could do songs from the soundtrack. And then we can play live at TFCon 2011.
