Re: The Masterpiece Appreciation and Speculation Thread
So on another note, I opened my Hasbro MP Grimlock (latest edition) what a floppy mess he is!!! he seems to have Raggy-Ann joints!! If I hold him horz, his tails fall out and his legs drop down, not to impressed with it. Good job a third part figure didn't put this out! may have to think about getting FT-08 now

MP 08 is better in every way, but not worth the cost IMO. I'd wait for a FT or Giga kick at the can and be happy with Hasbro for now. Just my opinion.

Yeah he's ok, but I expected a little more QC, better design or just better, but he is no different than the FT's.
Have him displayed on his high heels right now leaning against the glass, next to Soar and Scoria. If I move him he's liable to go into Limbo dance mode

Doubtful that we will see any others besides the MP reissues of Prime and G2 Bumble.
This is just our normal "off" year. Trust me, Takara won't be losing money by not releasing a new mold MP later in the year.

Non taken
Took him out of the box legs and tails were already dangily, I haven't even transformed him yet!!!
Maybe it was bring your kids to work day at hasbro's factory and I got the one that the QC's kid played with all day
Tried tightening the phillips screws for the legs but didn't seem to help. I know this is a old mold but you think they could have got it right after the ... what .... the sixth reissue
Anyways, I renamed him " the raggedy dino"

That's just the tip of the iceberg. There is plenty more 3P coming out this year. Some of which is really gonna drop some jaws.

Re: The Masterpiece Appreciation and Speculation Thread
Tokyo Toy Show is on June 18-21. June 18 and 19 is for trade only and 20-21 is open to public. We'll see if Takara reveals any new MP there then. If they are going to reveal MP Nissan Van and MP Corvette, chances are they will be on sales in Q4 with possibility of delay to Q1 2016 (they need to comp sales with small MP car releases).
