With some tweaks it could be nice. Those weird round shoulders...

Being so slavish with the cartoon is a poor idea in my mind. I'd rather a MP version of the Jetfire in my display. Then again, except for articulation, G1 Jetfire holds his own still.

i was joking with a fellow board member ...its like impossible toys made a jetfire. (ie blarggh...) but then again maybe the model will look nice? its probably got hidden panels that open up and has missile pods etc.

Worked for Fans Toys with Quakewave, may work with this guy too which would be great considering I always felt Jetfire was Shockwave's direct opponent.

But, if this does turn out to be of Quakewave calibre then what to do with the custom MP Jetfire I just acquired?

It would have made this figure much better if it was closer to the animation model.

First off the image they have out there is so lifeless. Second, he is WHITE not grey. Finally, he is missing a lot of angles, curves and details that are part of the animation model. The biggest issue for me is that he doesn't have the right > < angled shape on his mid section. The animation model sort of has lats (for lack of a better discription) which make his arms stick out from his sides some. This one has the arms right up against his sides.

I'm sure in a while, as characters diminish and 3P groups get hungry, someone else will make an MP Sky/Jetfire. FT did mention him in their list of MPs so who knows. All I know is that this is a sure pass.

I agree it is pretty close but it is not MP perfect. I agree this is a static render (bad move on Daca's part) so hopefully the toy will exude more life.

this has the potential to be bad@ss. Hasbro needs to create a show accurate figure. I'm glad to see this 3p company is making an effort. Ill wait for completed pics, but it has my interest.

I think the classics jetfire is a piece of garbage. I have that thing in its box store for no one to see.

It's close, but it still needs some tweaks to proportions and details. Maybe if they can get closer to the picture below.
