I think Megatron is the one who visits those on the naughty list. Coal is so environmentally unfriendly. And it doesn't make sense to give bad kids rocks that they can light on fire. So now they get searing hot plasma to the face.
Yes, Santa does have a vengeful side.

The fat fleshling had a giant protector who over powered me to remove me from this village. I have been forced to resort to stealthier means to maintain my position. Let us hope I am able to evade detection from the Santa's guardian this time.

That is Megatron invading our Christmas village. My daughter seems to feel he does not belong. I think he adds a bit of class to the whole thing. Let's see how long he lasts in this position.
