i love the big boom of popularity, because it gives hasbro and such companys a reason to make more figures.. even though some will lose interest in the long run... i still think it's a really good thing. i'm not a hardcore collector, i just collect the figures i like. my collection will be finished sometime, whereas most hardcore collectors will never finish.
