Re: TF-Direct.com - Pricing

hi Slayback. the prices at ages work out to be more than ordering online because of taxes and pick up charges. It's fair though, they have to maintain a physical store but definitely not the best price... For any figure.

Re: TF-Direct.com - Pricing

Taxes are a bane. But if you're getting it shipped -even though they are located in the city, how much will it cost then? is it still not comparable? i dont know how much tf-direct is charging for shipping. Also as you mentioned - no contact/response. if you walk into the retail store - contact. And you get issues resolved.

Re: TF-Direct.com - Pricing

Yeah taxes suck - this is why TFD is cheaper, it says on the website they don't charge tax. I think A3U does.

I don't have any issues with TFD, just asked them some questions about payment and shipping, no response yet. Tomorrow will be the 3rd day and if still no response, I guess they don't want the business.

Edit: just tried it out at A3U, they add tax to your order. TFD doesn't (and they have a coupon code).

Re: TF-Direct.com - Pricing

That's odd that they haven't gotten back to you Bnz Toy, I got A KO Bape from them and had no trouble contacting them. Strange.

Customs is always a possibility when stuff is imported. As I said, TFdirect imports direct from China. The website is just their face and happens to be hosted out of Canada. They probably chose to host it out of Canada cause who doesn't trust Canadians plus the owner probably lives in BC.

Re: TF-Direct.com - Pricing

Yeah, good point. Then I suppose it's still cheaper to order from a US retailer with free shipping, then pick it up in my US mailbox. Sorry TF Direct, so close.
