Agreed, especially considering they're not even out for regular theatres or UltraAVX either at Chinook. Probably just slow, if Edmonton's getting them, we likely will too...I remember something similar happened when they re-released the first one in IMAX a few months afterwards, and they didn't have Chinook listed as playing it until way later.
EDIT: I just checked on the SCENE website rather than Cineplex. Looks like it may be that the tickets for the other theatres come out on Friday, with these three just being a pre-sale apparently for SCENE members only. Guess I'll be watching intently come Friday..

Not quite (sorry, should have clarified) -- the SCENE pre-sale looks like it's just for Westhills, Crowfoot and Sunridge, with tickets coming available for the public on June 17. Presumably then, the tickets coming out on Friday will be for a broader range of theatres, since there's no way Chinook would be passing up such a big film.

I know I will be seeing the movie multiple times >.>
But for those of us who are going to the Midnight showings, in either IMAX or Normal 3D, TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE FOR CHINOOK! Go, buy, now!
And I will see all of you on the evening of Tuesday June 28th 
I bought 5 tickets, so I may end up with extras. I have other friends who may or may not be joining me there as well. Keep in touch if you need a ticket and a good seat.

This is one reason why I say to any of you who doesn't have a Scene card... Why do you still not have one yet? It's free, and it takes less than 5min. Do it!!
