Ouch, sorry to see that my friend.

If it helps, here is what I would do:

1. Attempt a repair (rough steps below)
2. Contact the original retailer as well as some other sellers you've done business with and offer to purchase a replacement part (so they can at least break even on their time and effort)

No question it would be a challenging repair...first disassemble it and make any notes along the way so you can reassemble it properly, then get familiar with the clearances by seeing how other side hinges in and out. (I think there is a pin there so you may need to google some videos on removing pins, it's not as hard as it seems)

Next take the broken black part and you will basically need to cut notches across the ribs and sandwich support pins on *both* sides of the black part, making the pins as long as possible. I would use epoxy.

I would do the fix to feel better then see if the replacement part works out.

well option 2 is out, so I will have make do with option 1... yes its a difficult fix. But may I have more detail on the fix please?? Thanks man

You could look up finding the crazy devy kings power gold plated wings add on kit. It offers complete replacement wings that go right back to the backpack swivel. Not sure where to find me but they're out there

like echotransformer said,pins and epoxy .
it'll be a pain in the skidplate to drill but ultimately doable depending on the actual thickness of the black wing that broke.
I used your photo and hopefully this makes sense.
the red shows where the pins should be drilled into.
the blue dots will be the corresponding holes to be drilled "inline' with the red pins.
set a pin in each broken half but make sure that the ends sticking out match up in length.
once you have a pin into each chunk,if you put a dab of paint on the very ends,when you touch the two halves together it'll leave you with an exact location for where to drill the receiving holes(giggity)denoted as the blue dots.
