Pretty sure it's another Galvatron repaint. Supposedly it'll be purple with white grid lines to look like the scene where Unicron turns Megatron into Galvatron.

The Pulse Con Ravage set was available last month (and might be again on Oct 22), and costs $72.99 MSRP.
