Question Could someone tell me the name of the more "official" stuff to tighten joints?

Hola

Could someone tell me the name of the more "official" stuff to tighten joints?

I guess it's easier on joints, paint, plastic then pledge.

Thanks!

I've always just used future floor polish. Which is made by pledge?

I remember reading somewhere about a product that was specifically made for joints on models and such.

Of course, I didn't write it down. lol

Never heard of anything... and considering that floor polish (the right type) is acrylic, you cannot get safer/easier on plastic...

I've bee using it for a while now, and it's 100% fine for every figure I've used it for,

And when it's a "drastic" thing (really super loose) that even 3-4 "layers" of th floor polish doesn't or wouldn't work, I just take the joint apart and use some top coat (Tamiya) which does the same results but much thicker.

Anything else, you're wasting your money on some sort of bougie brand that's most probably no or not much different in formulation than floor polish.

Re: Could someone tell me the name of the more "official" stuff to tighten joints?

Ordered the Kiki. Merci!

BTW, I also, just in case there's someone other than me who hadn't heard of this before, I ordered this stuff called "Honda Spray Cleaner and Polish" which was recommended in a video to put on chrome on figures to protect it. I'm not sure if it's also for all parts of a figure, or just chrome, or just painted areas, but I'll look it up later and report back.

I also found the stuff for keeping rubber soft, or helping to re-add moisture to drying rubber. It's also a car product. It's called, Gummipfledge, and I guess the best stuff is made by BMW.

I have no idea if any of this is stuff that some collectors don't know already, or if I'm just the last to know, as I only started collecting in... hmm... 2018? I'd have to check. lol

Future isn't Future anymore, right?

I was under the impression that it's now branded as "Pledge Floor Care Multi-Surface Finish" or perhaps as "Pledge Revive It Floor Finish"

Been looking around to get some but while it says my Wal-Mart is supposed to carry it I never see it. My Home Depot is supposed to have it too but I never go there.
