It's a ballsy move to ask for a raincheck intending to use it on a product that you know full well hasn't been released yet. It crosses a line I'm personally uncomfortable with. I tried it once, was shot down by the TRU CSR, and I can't say she was wrong to do it.
Good for you guys who are having success at doing this, but to me it's not fair play.
