Re: Do you know how to Transform your Transformers?
With every new Transformer I buy,I always read the instructions and pretty much leave the guys in Robot Mode. It's only in some toys (Ie. Telemocha Dinobot,Aveo Swerve,Animated Shockwave, etc.) that I'd learn to Transform them by heart.Same also applies when I buy loose figures.

Re: Do you know how to Transform your Transformers?
I rarely look at the instructions to begin with so I think it helps make remembering easier. I can't think of any figure that I've had problems with remembering how to transform - heck, I'm proud to even say that I can't think of anything where I didn't learn to tranform it on my own without the instructions for anything more tham some finagling little part.

This. 95% of my instruction booklets have never been expanded. The very occasional odd piece that I worry about breaking will prompt me to either look at the instructions or YT. Stuff I haven't tf'd in a while may cause me fits but I still think that's the fun in it all.

Re: Do you know how to Transform your Transformers?
I used to be able to say with confidence that I could transform everything with no help.
Sadly, I don't think it's true anymore. Older stuff (Armada and before) is all good, but the more recent stuff, I tend to forget things.
I think this is because when I had fewer of them, I'd transform each one more until it became second nature. Now, as transformations become more complex and there are more of them, details become fuzzy over time.
I still try to transform all my bots without instructions, referencing them only if I'm completely stuck or afraid something's going to break.

Re: Do you know how to Transform your Transformers?
There are a few of them sitting on my shelf taunting me at the moment. Armada Unicron and Star Wars Crossovers Darth Vader to Death Star are the only ones I know I couldn't handle without a refresher with instructions or YouTube, though I'm sure I'd forget a step or two on a few Alternators and some of the original Universe stuff (RID and Beast machines repaints).

Re: Do you know how to Transform your Transformers?
Id say I know how to transformer most of my Transformers. It just depends if we want to talk about a reasonable amount of time or spending a large crazy amount of time. Mainly because I forgot in what order it must be transformed. Danm you MP Starscream. So simple but so annoying if you havn't done it in around a year.
