I went to highschool in a small town. I moved to Vancouver for university, as did a bunch of my graduating class. I'm thirty-one now. It's only in the last year or two where people have started to get married. Some have been in long term relationships with kids and don't plan on marrying. However, nearly everyone that stayed behind in the small town got married within a year or two out of highschool. It's a pattern I've observed too.
