TFs and HD-DVD

I Have no financial disciplin. I Know I said I'd wait but I couldn't resist. Grabbed the HDDVD add on for xbox 360. Well worth the money.

The timing in regards to the TF release is purely coincidental but we are now on the market for a new large screen LCD with all the HD fixings. Its funny to see the faces of the sales reps though when you tell them, and I quote, TF comes out tomorrow and I want it to rumble.

If you can get the HD version, then do so.

The difference is incredible. I've had the 2-disc dvd since thursday night and in the one day I've had the HD, it completely blew me away in terms of the audio and the video.

That being said, the standard DVD is outstanding as well. One of the better discs in my collection.

Same price @ Walmart even though the sticker on the HD-DVD 2 discs edition says $33.98. At least that's what it ringed through the cash register this morning.
