General retail, I'd say no, given they're a Takara-initiated online exclusive and thus being done as more of a "making enough to fill the preorders" initiative.

A3U did put up preorders but they sold out awhile back.

The elusive Studio Series Scrapmetal is currently 31.57 on amazon.ca. Lowest price it's been in months.
