missing instructions, attempt to exchange?
I just finally got around to opening up my TFA Blitzwing that I bought last week. I looked around but I couldn't find the instruction pamphlet anywhere. It was brand new, original tape on the box. Now, do I try to exchange it for another one because of it or just bite the bullet on it?

Re: missing instructions, attempt to exchange?
take it back, you didnt get what you paid for, you are entitled to the full product, including the paperwork inside...that is part of the worth of the figure.

Gimme a break! You want to go through the whole hassle of returning a TF for missing instructions? I have literally hundreds of instructions wasting storage space...

Re: missing instructions, attempt to exchange?
I'm talking about the resale value of the figure being "complete" as many collectors do not consider a figure complete if the instructions that came with the figure are missing. I would return it. I've done it before wnen the instructions or comics were missing from package.

Re: missing instructions, attempt to exchange?
if you aren't planning to resell it, or even if you are, really, the instructions won't have an impact on the value by more than $1 so, no big worries

Re: missing instructions, attempt to exchange?
I was the unfortunate buyer who got a return with 'no instructions'. Didn't really give a shat because it was the only Animated Voyager Optimus Prime at the time, I transformed it by looking at Seibertron's galleries, and the bio/techs are on the box, not the back of the instructions.
All in all, if you can transform it without instructions, then just bite the bullet so some toddler doesn't have to.

Never heard of that. Loose/complete means toy + accessories. Instructions are not an accessory. Maybe if the toy is claimed to be MIB though.
