Electronics on Universe Powerglide & Silverbolt + Animated Ultra Magnus

The 5 different sounds on Powerglide and Silverbolt are exactly the same! But they end up sounding a bit differently because of the speaker's location relative to the toy and thickness of the plastic in that area (they sound louder on Powerglide).

Also, the sound for Animated Ultra Magnus in vehicle mode is identical to Cybertron Crumplezone's sound.

Are the voice chips in these things in any kinds of standard format that can be replaced? How hard would it be to mod a Leader Megatron so that his sounds are Frank Welker saying "Such heroic nonsense," "You're an idiot, Starscream" and "Decepticons, retreat!"?
