The TRU by my place is always stocked with most of the figures. I don't think TFA is selling as well in general.

I see this as a major flaw as well. You've got the 30 minute commercial (one with a great story this time)... why not have the toys available.? Instead wait until the show is just about at its season end and then let the flood gates open (so to speak).

My friend's uncle get TF from Canada Hasbro, and the wholeslae price is 12 bux!! So I think they lose money, unless they get it cheaper for Toy's R Us.

TRU simply must cut a deal with Hasbro on the BOGO's, be they Transformers or Star Wars. They wouldn't do it if they were losing money.
