Re: Is Animated selling well in your area?

I think all the animated so far are shelf warmers! Except Bumblebee and Cybertron Prime. Why? Because no one buy them until TRU sell them at buy one get one free. I think they actually lose money on that?

I think they would have sold a lot better if they were actually on shelves when the show started back in January.

I bet if they were also priced at 19.99 they would move better

I TOTALLY AGREE!

as for around my area I say they are selling reasonably well but the same ones mentioned already have some on the shelves nevertheless

Speaking of which, what are the next sets of figures we can expect to see? Are Voyager Grimlock, Blitzwing & Lugnut and Deluxe Jazz, Oil Slick, Snarl & Soundwave essentially all in the same wave?

My timing of everything got thrown off since the Wave 1 Deluxes have been sticking around so long, yet Voyager Prime and the Leader classes just showed up within days apart from each other.

I hope we see at least those 4 new Deluxes show up within the next 30-45 days. I got some extra figures to exchange thanks to the 2-for-1 sale @ TRU.

^ Tentativly the deluxe wave 3's should be out sometime this month but they were projected for Augest. Blitzwing is in wave 4 where was Grimlock and Lugnut are wave 3.

Refer to my release status threads for wave info, release months, and more: http://www.cybertron.ca/boards/showthread.php?t=8041

Too well.

Zellers here. One Prowl, one Bulkhead.

Wal Mart keeps stocking but they run out so fast. Good thing I have everythign because I'd have trouble keeping up.

Seems to be that Bulkhead, BB, Prime, Megs and Starscream are hot, hot sellers. Everything else goes out slower but still, TFA is selling faster than any line I've seen before.

Re: Is Animated selling well in your area?

I am thinking about what incepticon says, seems like the release date is due to how good the sales are. why else they push the grimlock/lungut from june to august??? from the walmart I visit the delux sells pretty fast, and the released voyages just keep pilling up. except the voyage prime.

Some of the deluxes are restocked and shelfwarming, but overall TFA stuff seems to be selling really well. The leaders seem to be doing really well.

Animated deluxes of all kinds are flying off the shelves at the local walmart here in Kitchener... The voyager classes are going a little slower though...

I was wondering about that myself, I think only when it's on Clearance they actually lose money. On sale, I bet they still make at least $1.00
