Writers already mentioned Shockwave. He'll show up as a memory flashback thingie. Said so at Botcon so he's a given.

And since they don't just throw away resources for flashback sequences, I wouldn't be surprised if Shockwave turns up in the present day.

It's my own pet theory that the Harbinger was his flagship. Thus why there's all the lab equipment/protoforms/research/etc.
