^^ Thanks guys...I ended up looking at him in the TFCC comic and sure enough, he is marked this way. So only the blue paint is a QC issue.

I have 2 and they all have the same number stamped on the leg.

It's some wierd thing going on with all of Hasbro's products of late, some of the figures I've bought at retail have had numbers stamped onto certain parts. I'm thinking it's some kind of batch number for the parts that isn't really supposed to be there or something, perhaps an anti-theft deterrent from the factory floor that's seeping into mainline production.

Yes, first time problem. I have not had any problems with them at all since their inception.

As far as their 'high' shipping costs, it's not like they overcharge Canadians by $20 and then ship it out using the cheap USPS $5 shipping method. There is no such thing as cheap shipping any more. The only shipping scalpers I know of are still on eBay...

Yeah; I think the main issue is probably that they have a middleman which only uses a particular flat rate method that costs international customers more.
