I've ordered many times from them. When there is no issue A-E is perfect.
WHEN you have an ISSUE, their customer service is NON existent. I sent a couple polite emails with zero response. Problem unresolved and I just had to deal with it.
I now shop with Amiami, Nippon Yassan, etc.
May I ask what is the problem u got from AE? I am just worried about no response if I don't receive my item mainly.. due to we have to pay so much ahead of time..
I preordered all those on your list with AE. Issues with AE are well known, if you are worried about them, use another vendor. But you will see complaints about HLJ or NY too.
