God damnit! I just checked my tracking and it said it's been returned because the packaging is damaged. I even wrote in my delivery notes that I don't care if it's damaged

Yeah so my timeline goes (from HH)
Saturday: on the way and you should expect by 8pm tomorrow
Sunday: nothing
Monday: vague “should be next couple of days, if not then you can cancel”
Like WTF? Something shady definitely going on...

That's what I have at home, and some Chinese knock offs. Works pretty good for deluxes and voyagers that aren't too heavy. I use them for Springer and Spinister, for example.

Same here, happened to me. I've never had amazon packages get damaged in transit. This a first and it seems fishy that this is happening to specifically the ratchet 2 pack
