Omega got restocked in the fall, end September was when I saw TrU getting more after months of empty shelves...
If there was another released planned, first I hear of it.

I remember seeing Siege Omega up for presale earlier this year with an expected delivery for February.
Could have been on Cmdstore and also on some US specialty stores like BBTS (or maybe even overseas). I have seen numerous posts on FB recently with people noting they finally possess Siege Omega, or something to that effect. So it seems to me that there was a recent re-release.

You'll have to hedge your bet.
If all the TFs i toy lines n the big chain stores are Kingdom, seeing theme carry a reissue of Omega (and even Scorponok) seems a bit difficult, since it is an older toyline series of the WFC trilogy.
Jetfire still hasn't arrived here (yet?)
One can bite the bullet and purchase from an independent store,
Or:
Take a chance and hope that Omega will be carried at the big chain stores, like TRU or Walmart.

All those overpriced TF's you see on Amazon/Walmart marketplace? That's usually CMDstore. They've been around for years. On their own website items are better priced.

They're located in Montreal. They've been around forever. Used to see their booth at our comic convention. They tend to get stuff before anyone else in Canada so they are very reliable. They mark their prices up on Amazon or Walmart to compensate for the cut they take but their website prices tend to be MSRP. They will do that thing where they save like a box or two of their stock and bump the price up like many comic stores do.
