They started carrying LEGO a little over a month ago. I got Jabba's Palace for $98 - 35% off the $150 retail price. TRU rarely does a LEGO sale for more than 20% off... and they've begun marking up various sets too.

Would love to see them carry Transformers full-time.

I don't think that the fact that TRU has put the price as $139.99 necessarily means that this will end up being the on shelf retail price...maybe a chance @ TRU, but if it is anywhere else it will be 99, and an arbitrary 40% increase in price seems crazy.

This is the second time I've seen you say this, where are you getting this information?

Has this been confirmed or are you just speculating?

As I have said before, I bought the giant Galactus, which is also a Hasbro product, and all 11 sounds and phrases are in English.

not sure if Metroplex will have it's sound chip limited but Leader class movie figures were.

but I do recall that there was two verisons of Leader Optimus Prime. One for Quebec that only says "Optimus Prime" and the other says "I am Optimus Prime" for the rest of the country.

Re: $94.09 Metroplex on Amazon.ca

So what was the total price of the Amazon? 94.09 plus tax? 108? and was it the straight up hasbro version?

I got my TRU for 112...
