In case you'd be interested on bidding on TFA Ultra Magnus and other rare figures

If you feel like bidding on unreleased toys like TFA Magnus or Classics Ironhide on Ebay, avoid the following sellers:

-menasor1979
-tfctoy

Both sellers are guilty of often listing toys they don't have in stock, just hoping they will be able to find some from their vendor once payment has been sent. That sometimes explain the very slow shipping.

But worst of all, they're both guilty of using alternate IDs (l0velydudu123 for menasor1979 and chenkofs for tfctoy) to raise prices (or prevent an out-of-stock item of being won when they know they won't be able to get it).

Wow, thanks for the tip! I was thinking of bidding on something by TFCToy a while back. Glad I didn't, and won't in the future. The amount of dishonesty on ebay is staggering sometimes.

http://cgi.ebay.com/Transformers-animated-2008-Ultra-Magnus-RARE-in-hand_W0QQitemZ280243326291QQihZ018QQcategoryZ15534 3QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

In this auction, the 2nd highest bidder is l0velydudu123. Shill bidding again. He did the same thing with the first Magnus listed, except he ended up winning his own auction.

As for tfctoy, he replyed me when I asked him about the shill bidding; he said it was because he "forgot" to put a reserve price. Doesn't make any sense, especially since he made 2nd chance offers for MUCH LESS than the winning bid.

you should report him to ebay. shill bidding is illegal under ebay's terms. No matter what reasons.

Oh, I did several times but Ebay isn't doing a thing about it. Reports from multiple users would probably help.

I got a Blitzwing off jenny/menasor for a decent price way back, but soon afterwards I got hit with her flagrant shillbidding on some deluxes.

Watch her auctions if you feel like, well, wasting free time, because if certain bidders win them, she immediately relists. o_O

Jenny is a dude btw.

He's relisting stuff because he normally has multiples. You make more money listing them one by one then 5 at a time.
