No, that is unfortunately unknown.
We hope it comes to Canada, relatively soon around its US release, and hope it's not english-only packaging so it can make it to Quebec.

If the Arcee & Cyb.Ratchet are a close indication, they should come to TRU Canada many months after their US debut, but not come to Quebec.
