They are celebrating their come-from-behind win in the game and the whole series.. anyone would celebrate after pulling off such a victory.

I also found that a bit odd considering no other sports I watch seem to have that tradition, but from what I saw of other team's that won their series' I guess that's the norm for the MLB.

Very different from the NHL, when even when a team wins a Conference Championship series, they usually won't even touch the trophy.

Yeah, baseball has always been a bit different with the celebrations than the other sports for sure.

Was fun actually having a team to root for again, being the only Canadian team left. I'll definitely be watching them more closely next year.

They did all year, but those last dozen games they really struggled through most of them. Kansas is a really great team, Im sure they'll be taking the World Series.
