I had a way to transform the backpack more (mouth section would swing over the head), but then Hi-Q wouldn't be able to sit inside the truck because of roof clearance issues. So I'm leaving him like that for now.

beast mode, now i'm kinda getting a real bw "optimus minor" vibe from the revised chest.

I wasn't happy with the Optimus Minor-ish head (too slim), so I redesigned it (added a bit more bulk, changed the mouth by moving the lower jaw forward a bit) and changed the transformation a bit (ears are now... on the legs).

Did some preliminary work on the trailer last night and tonight to see how big it would need to be, and tried to design decently sized arms that could also tuck inside the torso in trailer mode. Not easy! The hand and head are from my other Prime custom, just placeholders.





Top of the trailer needs to open up to make room for the cab.

Revived this project a bit to better refine the legs and make them more defined/organic. Both ends of the front bumper now fold down to create some butt cheeks. lol

Modified the legs/feet again, and also the front bumper to give the gorilla mode shoulder cannons. And the wings now rotate and fold down against the back.
