Are you sure you're not thinking of the 3.75" figures? I've seen those everywhere. The 6" inch figures are just trickling out as far as I can tell. There's hardly even any images online.

On that note, I picked up the 6" Avatar Jake Sully Warrior figure and ROTF Briticus for $29.99.

The packaging is actually a basic card and bubble, but is very similar in style to the 3.75" version.
