Re: Ever have ideas
I had an idea to make Animated Swindle into Nemesis Prime, but I don't have that figure, and I really couldn't figure out where to start.

Re: Ever have ideas
I tend to spend a lot of time on design and hashing over all the possibilities with the parts I have.
Aaaand I find myself a little reluctant at this point to start cutting/gluing/drilling the toys I don't yet have doubles of.
Also, I'm perhaps a little too cautious perhaps. Worried that if I screw up I just cost myself time and money, and perhaps can't get another base figure here in Taiwan. Right now I'm butchering some Activators, because I can't bring myself to hack up my Deluxe Animated toys until I can find doubles.
Always have about 50 ideas written down, 10 new ones in my head, and 5 on my work bench.

Same here, I have to have doubles before I start anything.
If I could retire right now this would become my full-time hobby.

I feel the same way, I feel that if I mess up I 'ruined' a perfectly good toy. I already did with my Classics Ironhide. Since no one seems to want it I may try to fix it up or something.
