Cybertronian MegatronTransformer Custom :Cybertronian Megatron

Its been a while since the showcase of my last project which almost a year.Yes I'm back and you guys still remember me .This was a back dated project which I have started some times ago . I love this mode alot as it gives megatron justice to his character . This round I give some light airbrush shading and some simple hand painted process . Kinda fun to work with .I also installed a LEDs on its cannon . Ok I shan't talk much lets enjoy the picture gallery .

Great work.

Quick question....What do you do to make the paint less likely to chip/peel? I try to clear coat after I'm finished, but it doesn't really help on moving parts.

Well for clear coat i don't recommend cos its just for the sick of gloss .Btw if u use correct method to paint it will still produce gloss effect in fact even better. So usually I will give a good layer of base coat primer and let it dry for at least a day .Than a layer of glossy black paint . Than u can use glossy thinner n paint for the application u need .For moving parts the chip off is inevitable . You have to either sand it down or reduce friction.Hope I have answers all your doubt.
