Beautiful shots! Great lighting and composition.
Just curious, are you doing multiple focus layers and stacking them in post-processing? I haven't tried that yet, but am noticing what looks like the super-realism effect it has in a lot of the higher quality toy photography.
Great collection of images - a treat to look at.

Thank you very much I appreciate it! Your shots are dope as well. Your lighting is cool I really enjoyed seeing them!
As for photo stacking no I'm not. I've thought about it, just need to learn how to merge all the shots if I go about trying.
Distance is what made a difference for me. When I have them in a standing pose for the most part everything is in focus. If I have them in an action pose distance is key and shooting with a higher F-Stop just so I have a larger Depth of Field. I hope that helps.
If you have any questions I and the others on here can for sure help!

Thanks for the comments and the details!
That's interesting. I do vaguely remember something similar to that from photography courses I took a few decades back. I have a mid level Sony Cybershot that is about 5 years old (20mp I think) with a full aperture lens and manual control (but integrated lens, not a d-ring). Honestly, I haven't gotten great results with it, so I've not spent much time working out the bugs. Perhaps it's time I try.
Thanks again for the info and the invitation to ask more questions - I certainly will.

Gear check!
G2 Sideswipe (who I refer to as Uppercut), decking himself out with the comic-version weapons from Nonnef Productions.
Ever since I saw how Harris Loureiro depicted him in his awesome stop motion flick, I knew I needed a version.
