This is a weird sale, the ad says 20% off ALL Transformers $59.99 and under (excludes Funko and clearance of course) and yet only select TF's are on sale, like Cyberverse, ER Wave 1 and even old Siege. Something is amiss.

I am returning my sunstreaker right now and the clerk is selling it right back to me at sale price. But not sure why the website price does not reflect it for wave 2 product.

True and that asterisk is connected to the asterisk for the exclusions of Funko and clearance. That's the catch.

They may have missed adding SKUs to the sale?

Remember that Arcee has a different SKU from someone like Smokescreen if you look on the website.

All the Earthrise wave 2 and 3 deluxes all have individual SKUs.

They created 2 listings for the Quintesson though, but one of the listings share the same SKU as ER Megatron.

Do you have proof that it scans on sale? I went to adjust my Allicons and Quintesson Judge and only the Quintesson Judge was adjusted...
