Yeah, that's where my Sunstreaker is at. I've tried the email and website messaging options and got no response. I just haven't had the time to sit down and phone them. It's definitely annoying.

Yes, this happened with Sunstreaker. Status shows as label printed, it not shipped. Been a few weeks now.

I'm in the same boat. I ordered Sunstreaker and Runamuck and the order has been "Confirmed" for the last 2 weeks. No response from email or the Send A Message that used to be on the website, and when I phoned just now I could not get through to an actual person. Their phone system mentions live chat as an option to get help but I can't find it on their website.



My guess is that a combination of COVID-19 and new console releases have them utterly swamped with orders and whatever staff they have available are utterly overwhelmed.

soooooooo... i called eb about the Sunstreaker / printed shipping label thing. All the person on the phone can do is email the warehouse and ask for an update. I haven't heard anything from the guy I spoke with for the past week and a half so don't waste your time. They did say they're swamped due to the new consoles being released so i think its just a matter of waiting.

I'm cool with that. I can be patient. I just dont like that they've charged my card and I havent received anything yet.

Kingdom wave two up on the site now. Guy in the store couldn't pull them up for me to preorder yet. But thier up for people who order online.

I tried to call, live chat, email, and I have no response for all. So this is probably how the service is like at EBgames. Kinda regret preorder from them now, because this is first order and it’s already frustrating.

They were fine in the past, but I guess it's due to Covid? For toys specifically, I think the supply issue would be Hasbro's fault.

I ordered some Marvel Legends (also Hasbro) and EB won't pick up the phone, wanted to cancel since the store has them in stock but now I have to keep the order and wait instead...lol.

They shipped out an order I made yesterday, so something is working in their logistics and something isn't.

Some of the figures are already sold out online, which is weird because they had wave 1 for the Kingdom stuff for quite a while before selling out. The store associate also said they weren't available yet to preorder in-store.

Had a lot of trouble with Ebgames preorders as well, I'm gonna preorder kingdom but definitely not with Ebgames. Extremely late shipments and horrible customer service, can't even call or live chat anyone.
