When stating that the price of 3P is going up one has to take into account part counts. The more pieces required to make a figure the more moulds are needed to pump out the pieces. The moulds are where the bulk of a companies investment is at.
So it may appear we are paying more for the same but we all need to admit that the offerings hae become more involved. I will admit some companies are putting out crap and trying to charge a lot but those companies don;t sell out and aren't top dogs. One even had to start hiding behind another name in hopes that peopel will continue to buy their upscaled deluxes for top dollar.
