Chances of Metroplex in Canadian Costcos?
Just noticed this on seibertron.com:

The american costco's are getting it for 79.99 and I was wondering the chances of Canadian costco's getting him as well. I'm new to collecting so I don't know how costcos have dealt with other tf related products in the past.

Costco has definitely had Transformers for sale in the past, but it not usually single figures, its either large or sets that come with multiple figures.

Costco has been known to carry Transformers before. I recall they have had a few exclusives such as Yellow RID Prime.
I just saw this news too and have yet to buy Metroplex so I hope they do get him and for a lower price.

Sometimes they get things in way after the fact. I picked up the Gold Chrome MP Bayverse Bee at Costco but regular retail had long since been carrying them. I'm not crossing my fingers but it would be nice to get one at that price.

costco usually has new versions of existing products- the RID optimus and magnus sets, the armada and overload (different colors) and a ceybertron set with optimus and some other guy. I don't think we got the last exclusive thogh that was the metallics battle ops bumblebee that they got in the US. Well at least none in SK.

Yes... the metallic (chrome gold) Battle Ops (Bayverse) Bumblebee made it to GTA Costcos. That's the one I was referring to. WalMart had the regular version on clearance for $20 when I picked up the gold one at Costco. Maybe it was US overstock that made it to the GTA?

I have a MISB Costco Leader Prime from the first movie in my sales thread. It came with a couple mini figures and in a round box. So I still check Costco every once in a while.
